Minimum GPA: Most programs at UAlbany require an overall GPA of at least 2.5, but several programs require a higher GPA and/or specific entry requirements for transfer students. Official Transcripts: Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts from each college or university they attended.
These two S/U courses may be in addition to any S/U grades received in department or school-designated S/U graded sections of courses. See also ‘Deadline of assessment options’ below. A-E grades are defined as follows: A-Excellent, B-Good, C-Fair, D-Poor, and E-Failure.
Students who miss a class period, a (final) exam, or other obligations for a course (fieldwork, compulsory attendance at a concert, etc.) are absent and must do so in good time.
